1. Returns Policy:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products after they have been delivered or purchased. This policy applies to all coffee products, accessories, and merchandise sold through our ecommerce platform.

  • We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase to ensure accuracy.

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

2. Refunds Policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where a damaged or defective product cannot be replaced.

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Kapiberry Beverages reserves the right to update or modify this returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers through our ecommerce platform and website.
